About the role

The Territory Manager – Cross Sell (SME Loans) is responsible for sourcing SME loan business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing channel partners. The role involves building and managing a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do

• Source SME loan business through DSAs, DSTs, and other market channels
• Build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow
• Monitor and adapt to changing market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements
