Territory Manager-Loan against Property

About the role

The Territory Manager - Loan Against Property is responsible for sourcing loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners, while establishing a quality portfolio. This role involves managing a team, maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and communicating effectively across various mediums.

What you'll do

• Source and manage channels from the market and acquire business from them
• Ensure a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
• Identify changing market trends and develop channels for acquiring business while providing high-quality customer service
• Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer service
• Create an environment for the team to focus on digital enablement to holistically fulfill customer needs
