About the role

The Territory Manager – Personal Loan (DSA) is responsible for sourcing and managing Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channels across multiple locations to drive personal loan business. This pan-India role focuses on acquiring quality business, minimizing delinquencies, and delivering high standards of customer service.

What you'll do

• Source and manage DSA channels to acquire personal loan business from the market
• Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and application rejections
• Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends
• Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach
• Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient channel management
