About the role

The Territory Manager – Used 2-Wheeler Loans is responsible for sourcing and managing loan business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing channel partners. The role focuses on building a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do

• Source and manage business through DSAs, DSTs, and other market channels
• Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections
• Monitor and guide channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals
• Stay updated on retail asset products, operational processes, and market trends
