Territory Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our team at Lubricants/Engine oil, based in Headquarters. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our business growth, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring our products reach their full market potential. This position is offered on the Randstad India Payroll.

What you'll do

• Meet and exceed sell-in/sell-out targets as outlined in the Distributor Business Plan (DBP)
• Provide leadership in DSR target setting, monthly micro-planning, and weekly volume tracking to ensure consistent growth
• Optimize DSR territory coverage by performing rigorous mapping, geotagging outlets in the DMS, and adjusting routes for maximum efficiency
• Conduct regular market visits (at least 4 out of 6 days per week) to provide hands-on support to the DSR team and engage directly with retailers and workshops
• Focus on increasing Numeric Distribution (ND) by reactivating dormant accounts and onboarding new business accounts
