Territory Manager - Sales

About the role

As a Territory Manager - Sales at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd within the Farm Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and presence of our farm mechanization solutions among farmers, particularly those with larger land holdings. Generate and convert enquiries related to the Mahindra portfolio, ensuring tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of high land-holding farmers.

What you'll do

• Play a pivotal role in driving the growth and presence of our farm mechanization solutions among farmers, particularly those with larger land holdings
• Identify and cultivate new revenue streams by understanding emerging opportunities within the agricultural sector and aligning them with farmer requirements
• Lead initiatives to upskill local labourers and tractor operators, enhancing their proficiency in safely and effectively operating farm machinery
• Develop and promote bundled solution selling strategies to maximize value propositions and strengthen brand loyalty among customers
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service, timely order execution
