Territory Manager - Sales (PEM)

About the role

As the Territory Manager - Sales (PEM) for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Partner Excellence department. Your primary focus will be on expanding our partner network and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Lead the Partner Excellence team in the assigned territory, covering Bihar, Jharkhand, and the Northeast
• Drive partner appointment and recruitment processes, ensuring a strong and diverse partner network
• Develop and execute strategies for geographical expansion, identifying new market opportunities
• Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, providing support and guidance to enhance their performance
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive advantages
