Territory Manager - Sales (Retail)

About the role

Reporting to the Trade Sales head, you will develop and execute retail strategies, nurture a network of primary and secondary dealers, and ensure the company's electrical and digital solutions achieve market penetration and revenue goals. Create and implement a territory sales plan aligned with corporate objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute retail strategies, nurture a network of primary and secondary dealers
• Create and implement a territory sales plan aligned with corporate objectives
• Identify, onboard, and manage primary and secondary retail partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Delhi NCR B2C market
• Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
