You will lead primary and secondary trade sales, work closely with independent brokers (IBs), and build strong, lasting relationships with customers. The role demands a proactive, adaptable approach to meet and exceed sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored electrical and digital solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead primary and secondary trade sales, work closely with independent brokers (IBs), and build strong, lasting relationships with customers
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting primary and secondary retail channels
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with independent brokers (IBs) and key retail partners
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for electrical and digital product lines
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
