What you'll do

• Achieve the Business results (Order Intake, Revenue and Profitability) for assigned territory and direct customers
• Create territory, distributor and key customer business growth plan and drive the actions to achieve business results
• Identify the gaps in geographical coverage and segment coverage and create plans to improve the network coverage and segment growth
• Drive distributor sales and service engineers’ activities with identified distributor key accounts
• Identify and generate the new business opportunities in terms of new products, new applications, new customers

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
