Territory Recovery Manager

About the role

The role involves overseeing and managing the recovery and continuity of operations within a specific geographic. He will be responsible for managing a team of Area recovery managers, developing and implementing effective recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries, in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Continuously review and improve recovery processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions
• Oversee a portfolio of business loans, identifying potential risks and opportunities for recovery, and developing targeted recovery plans
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales, and risk teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Interact with customers to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and other recovery-related activities
