About the role

The Gold Loan Relationship Officer will be responsible for sourcing new customers, generating Gold Loan business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications while adhering to internal policies and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Source and acquire new customers for Gold Loan products through market activities, referrals, existing customer relationships, and local networking
• Achieve assigned monthly business and disbursement targets
• Explain Gold Loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and applicable charges to customers
• Coordinate with customers for documentation, KYC, loan processing, and disbursement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
