Territory Sales Manager - Network Expansion (Delhi-NCR)

About the role

We are hiring a high-impact, ownership-minded Territory Sales Manager to drive rapid expansion of our EV charging infrastructure across Delhi–NCR. This role demands someone who understands the EV charging ecosystem, tracks current and future trends in metro real-estate rentals, and can convert on-ground opportunities into scalable growth.

What you'll do

• Lead generation through cold calls, extensive field visits, and engagement with real-estate networks to build a healthy pipeline
• Prepare and maintain a database of CPOs, commercial real-estate agents, landlords, and municipal contractors; monitor territory pipeline and take corrective actions
• Understand area-specific challenges and network urgency while scouting locations; prepare PDCA plans to meet targets within stringent timelines
• Identify local business partners as per approved network models
• Source leads interested in hosting charging stations or purchasing chargers
