Territory Sales Manager

About the role

A Territory Sales Manager in a medical device company is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing customer relationships within a defined geographic area. The role combines sales leadership, market development, and account management to achieve both short-term targets and long-term strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity development, customer engagement, negotiation, and order closure
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare institutions to expand the customer base and market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Neurosurgeons, Spine Surgeons, ENT Doctors, Plastic Surgeons, Head & Neck Surgeons, Pain Physicians, Biomedical teams
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals, OT staff, and Biomedical teams
