Territory Sales Representative - Workforce Transformation - US Market | Onsite - Noida, India | Night Shift | Open to India-based candidates only

About the role

We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to grow our strategic accounts and bring in new large enterprise and global clients. You will build long-term relationships with senior learning, talent, and HR leaders and guide complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. This is an onsite role in Noida and works US Eastern hours, so it is a night shift.

What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new large enterprise and global clients through targeted outreach, executive networking, and market research
• Build pipeline through focused, strategic prospecting rather than high-volume cold outreach
• Create and run account plans for existing clients to expand wallet share and build multi-year partnerships
• Lead consultative sales conversations, from early advisory discussions through managed services engagements
• Keep pipeline coverage healthy and move opportunities forward through the sales cycle
