About the role

To ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and stability of enterprise Contact Center applications through comprehensive functional, integration, API, automation, regression, and performance testing. The role requires hands-on expertise in testing VoIP-based Contact Center solutions, including Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, inbound/outbound dialers, IVR, Voice Bots, CRM integrations, and REST APIs.

What you'll do

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Test agent login, call transfer, conference, disposition, callback, and rechurn functionalities
  • Test Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and SIP-based applications
  • Identify call failures, audio issues, and telephony defects
  • API & Database Testing
