Test Lead - Automation Testing Job

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior QA Engineer to define, automate, and execute platform-level quality strategies. The role focuses on validating the reliability, resilience, security, scalability, and production readiness of mission-critical cloud-native services across Kubernetes environments.

What you'll do

• Define and execute platform quality strategies covering functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, scalability, reliability, security, and upgrade validation
• Build automated validation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines to provide continuous feedback on platform readiness
• Design and execute controlled chaos experiments for infrastructure, network, storage, application, and service-dependency failures
• Validate high availability, failover, self-healing, backup and restore, disaster recovery, rollback, and graceful degradation capabilities
• Test Kubernetes-based platform services including networking, service mesh, storage, identity and access, secrets, certificates, registries, databases, messaging
