Test Lead

About the role

Owns quality across the delivery — in-sprint testing, system integration testing, UAT support, and go-live/certification readiness.

What you'll do

• Test stories within each sprint against acceptance criteria and maintain the regression suite as scope grows
• Design and execute SIT covering end-to-end and exception paths, including approval/control scenarios
• Build and run the UAT kit with the BA (scripted scenarios, expected results, evidence capture) and support business users to sign-off
• Verify controls as controls: segregation-of-duties enforcement, audit-trail completeness, and role-based access behaviour
• Test automation behaviours (thresholds, fallbacks, limits) and support external certification testing where integrations are in scope
