Test Lead

About the role

Own end-to-end defect governance, triage management, RCA reviews, defect attribution, SLA compliance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely defect resolution and quality delivery.

What you'll do

• Conduct daily defect triage meetings
• Prioritize defects based on business impact and severity
• Drive defect lifecycle governance and SLA adherence
• Coordinate with Development, Testing, Product, and Business teams
• Track defect leakage, aging, and closure metrics

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• JIRA
• Root cause analysis
• Azure
• Any graduate
