About the role

Post-Graduation in HR preferably from Tier 2 institute 6-10 years of experience preferably in HRBP domain. Experience working with a diverse workforce. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in alignment with company policies. Responsible for managing Engagement Surveys, Exit Interviews and drive employee engagement initiatives and measure their impact.

What you'll do

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicate effectively to a diverse audience
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design
• Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
