About the role

As Sustaining Lead, you will own production stability end-to-end - resolving critical manufacturing, test, yield Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve yield and reduce test cost across the product portfolio Identify trends and risks before they escalate, continuously improve the sustaining process (prioritization, escalation, closure, and automation)
