Test Technical Program Manager

About the role

SCRG is seeking an experienced Test Technical Program Manager to support consumer hardware manufacturing and factory test operations in Noida.This role will lead test readiness and execution across the full production line, working closely with Contract Manufacturers, fixture vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Manage factory test stations from concept through sustaining and act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, CMs, and fixture vendors
• Drive overall test readiness, identify risks, and communicate status across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate manufacturing test strategy across SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP
• Drive test yield, retest rate, and operational improvements across the production line
• Manage test-related SOPs, fixture readiness, cycle time, UPH, line balancing, and test engineering deliverables

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Data analysis
• Six Sigma
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
