About the role

To manage performance-linked payouts for Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and off-role staff, ensuring timely and accurate execution at a Pan-India level for the Transportation and Infrastructure Finance Group.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and obtain signoff on product-specific payouts
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely payout release
  • Prepare deviation notes and obtain approvals for exceptions
  • Ensure system changes for payout process automation
  • Maintain master reports for senior management review
