About the role

The ideal candidate will bring strong community moderation experience, fluent English communication skills, and a track record of applying policies consistently within fast-moving, global environments.

What you'll do

• Monitor community conversations and evaluate content for compliance with established guidelines and policies
• Apply sound judgment and contextual understanding when reviewing nuanced or sensitive interactions
• Respond to routine moderation issues and investigate complex cases requiring advanced review
• Escalate high-risk, ambiguous, or policy-sensitive matters through the appropriate channels
• Document moderation decisions, incidents, and escalations accurately and promptly
