What you'll do

TM or TL objective is to actively assist a team in accordance with laid down procedures to achieve and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity
Report to the Delivery Manager Operations who will be the first point of contact for any issues questions or concerns
Track daily weekly and monthly production targets and volumes
Conduct daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders to understand any deviation and opportunities for improvement
