About the role

grievance redressal of riders who work through Zypp platform as delivery partners in various e-commerce, food delivery and bike-taxi aggregation companies.

What you'll do

  • 1) Generate leads from the open market
  • 2) Visit open markets for leads and list them on the Uber/Rapido platform
  • 3) Do regular performance evaluation/ management of FSPs
  • 4) Manage Riders Efficiency and Effectiveness

What you need
