About the role

To manage end-to-end payroll operations and governance for the organization, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant salary processing while driving excellence in HR Operations and central administration of the Poornata HRMS platform. The role will also be responsible for administration of ESOP and long-term incentive programs, and expat insurance benefits ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, data integrity and superior employee experience.

What you'll do

• A. Payroll Management & Governance (60%)
• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing across all employee categories
• Ensure payroll inputs are validated and processed accurately within agreed timelines
• Review payroll outputs, reconciliations and exception reports before payroll closure
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, labour laws and payroll policies

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Due diligence

• Labour law
• Reporting
• MIS reporting
• Reconciliation
• MBA or B.Com
