About the role
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and ensure any concerns and issues are resolved on a timely basis. Promote and ensure teamwork. Coach and mentor the staff as and when the need arises. In conjunction with the HR department, implement performance management system at the branch level.
