About the role

This role serves as commercial and contracts manager in GWP team at Nagpur Region to work for the projects in Multiple cities.

What you'll do

• Commercial coordination including preparation of RFP ,Formulation of terms and conditions of contract, follow up with Sourcing team in finalisation of packages
• Contract management responsibilities like sending letters to vendors if any delays happens and doing root cause analysis for delays
• Rate analysis for Non tendered items and closure of Extra items
• Validation of Quantities with reference to drawings and technical specification
• Preparation of Cost play book for ongoing works
