Tools Solution Architect AIOPS

About the role

Responsible for consulting and developing proposals for RFPs and proactive pursuits, defining AIOps roadmaps and technology selection with clients, and integrating partner solutions to support organizational adoption of new AIOps capabilities.

What you'll do

• Drive the AIOPS & Automation opportunities around RFPs, RFIs & Proactive pursuits in the area of Digital IT Service Management
• Creation/Validation of Solution design/proposals in the IT Observability & automation areas
• Infuse end-to-end Agentic AI solutions - Architect, build, and optimize agentic AI systems (e.g., autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, LLM-powered agents)
• Integrate agentic AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms and workflows
• Collaborate with a team of Solution managers, solution architects and Finance managers to enable creation of solution documentation
