Compensation & Benefits - Compensation Administration Process Design

What you'll do

  • Process incoming Compensation and Benefits requests received through email, case management tools, or portals
  • Execute compensation and benefits transactions accurately as per defined business rules and local work instructions
  • Update employee compensation and benefits data accurately in HR systems
  • Support benefits enrollment, compensation changes, and employee data updates
  • Manage case workflow effectively and escalate issues when required
