Tower Crane Operator for Real Estate - Moshi location at Tulip Group. Operate cranes safely for lifting, shifting, and placing construction materials at the project site.

What you'll do

Operate cranes safely for lifting, shifting, and placing construction materials at the project site
Follow instructions from site engineers, signalmen, and rigging personnel during lifting operations
Inspect the crane, lifting equipment, and safety systems before starting operations
Ensure the crane's load capacity is not exceeded and follow approved lifting procedures
Coordinate with site supervisors and signalmen to ensure safe lifting and material movement
