About the role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer - Civil to verify contractor bills, measurements, quantities, variations and claims for construction of a large-scale AI Data Center campus in Odisha.

What you'll do

• Contractor Billing Review Review interim payment applications, running account bills and final bills submitted by civil, structural and architectural contractors
• Check billed quantities against approved drawings, bills of quantities, measurement sheets, site records and actual completed work
• Verify applicable contract rates, taxes, retention, advances, recoveries, deductions and other commercial adjustments
• Ensure only approved, accepted and contractually payable work is recommended for payment
• Identify duplicate, premature, unsupported or incorrectly classified billing items
