About the role

We are seeking an industry-leading Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Electrical Power Systems Design to serve as the ultimate authority on power topology, electrical architecture, and high-density distribution for our next-generation AI data center portfolio. You will define the global electrical standards, lead short-circuit and harmonic studies, evaluate medium/low voltage topologies, and design fault-tolerant power paths.

What you'll do

• High-Density Power Architecture & Innovation
• Ultra-High Density Distribution: Architect and standardize power delivery models from grid connection down to the rack—including high-amperage busways
• Medium/Low Voltage Substation Design: Establish specifications for high-voltage grid substations, MV/LV transformers, switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS)
• System Modeling, Reliability & Compliance
• Peer Review, OEM Benchmarking & Operational Escalation
