Tower Lead - IAM Operations

About the role

IAM SME with extensive experience in Microsoft Entra ID and Ping Identity solutions, specializing in SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Federation, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and enterprise authentication architecture. Proven expertise in securing cloud and on-premises applications while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and WS-Federation
• Configure and manage Conditional Access Policies and Zero Trust security controls
• Implement and support MFA solutions for enterprise users and applications
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
• Integrate enterprise and cloud applications with Entra ID and Ping Identity
