About the role

We are seeking an experienced IBM API Connect & DataPower Gateway Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise API management and gateway solutions. The role involves API development, security configuration, gateway administration, integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of API platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, deploy, and manage APIs using IBM API Connect
• Configure and administer IBM DataPower Gateway services
• Implement API security policies including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, API Keys, and Mutual Authentication
• Develop API proxies, assemblies, policies, and gateways
• Integrate APIs with backend applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems
