This role translates financial and operational data into insights that drive profitability, productivity and management decisions . Provides financial performance visibility and actionable insights across service delivery operations. Analyzes revenue, cost, margin, productivity and operational drivers.
What you'll do
- Financial performance reporting : Consolidate and analyze revenue, cost, margin and productivity performance across accounts, service lines and delivery units
- Operational-to-financial analytics : Connect operational KPIs such as utilization, staffing, automation, ticket volumes
- Forecasting & scenario analysis : Support forecasts, business cases and what-if modelling for transformation and optimization initiatives
