Perform business analysis and project coordination services for the Pfizer ServiceNow Integration Process Assessment initiative

What you'll do

• Host regular project catch-up meetings and stakeholder discussions.\r
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.\r
• Facilitate roundtable discussions and workshops with business teams and other stakeholders.\r
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, user story, enhancement requests, and pain points.\r
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.\r
