About the role
This is a hybrid individual-contributor and functional-leadership role: hands-on with cost data and stakeholder-facing on strategy.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain FinOps policies, tagging standards, showback/chargeback models, and maturity frameworks across business units
- Build reusable playbooks, dashboards, and automation assets adopted org wide
- Drive FinOps Foundation practice maturity assessments (Inform – Optimize – Operate)
- Mentor L1/L2 analysts; act as escalation point for complex cost anomalies
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge is must
