Field Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will be responsible for field metering activities, ensuring zero-defect installation, timely execution, and strict compliance with safety standards and defined SOPs/work instructions.

What you'll do

• Execute smart meter installations for HCB consumers, including Single Phase Whole Current Meters, as per defined SOPs and work instructions
• Ensure timely execution of PA and Non-PA cases in accordance with Performance Assurance timelines and applicable SLAs
• Conduct daily VAN audits before starting field activities and ensure the availability and proper use of PPEs, tools, testing equipment, and other required resources
• Ensure proper utilization and compliance of the MMG 2.0 App for field activities, case updates, and operational processes
• Coordinate effectively with Zones, Business Associates (BAs), CEG, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of field operations

What you need

• Maintenance
• SOP writing
