About the role

As a Senior Manager within the GES Technology Group, you will report to the Digital Delivery Leader and lead the Technical Program and Release Management Organization. This role oversees all Technical Program Manager who lead various initiatives around Functional, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Platform—as well as Release Managers and the Release Compliance Manager.

What you'll do

• Enterprise technology delivery strategy
• Define and execute the technology delivery strategy aligning with Digital delivery leader and in partnership with senior technology stakeholders
• Establish the delivery operating model, governance structure, decision forums, standards, and escalation paths across the technology organization
• Define common expectations for planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, risk management, release readiness, and executive reporting
• Ensure delivery governance is consistent across domains while allowing appropriate flexibility for different products, platforms, infrastructure, data
