Track Lead - Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)

About the role

Provide L3 operational support for Cisco FMC and FTD firewall infrastructure. Configure and manage Access Control Policies (ACP), NAT policies, security zones, objects, object groups, and platform settings. Troubleshoot complex firewall connectivity, application access, latency, packet-drop, and policy-related issues.

What you'll do

• Provide L3 operational support for Cisco FMC and FTD firewall infrastructure
• Configure and manage Access Control Policies (ACP), NAT policies, security zones, objects, object groups, and platform settings
• Troubleshoot complex firewall connectivity, application access, latency, packet-drop, and policy-related issues
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using packet capture, connection events, logs, packet-tracer, CLI, and FMC analysis tools
• Configure and troubleshoot Site-to-Site IPsec VPNs, including IKEv1/IKEv2 and associated encryption/authentication parameters
