About the role
Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Ribbon SBC Engineer to support, manage, and optimize Session Border Controller infrastructure within a complex enterprise/UCC environment. The role involves L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of Ribbon (Sonus) SBC platforms to ensure high availability, security, and performance of voice services.
What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 support for Ribbon SBC (Sonus SBC 1000/2000/5000 series)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity of SBC infrastructure
- Handle incident management, problem management, and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for voice and signaling issues
- Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI compliance Configuration & Implementation
