Track Lead - English, Arabic, Microsoft Windows

About the role

This role drives operational excellence by leading support teams in a multilingual Microsoft Windows environment. The individual ensures client SLAs are met, empowers team members, and implements process improvements. They play a critical role in optimizing systems, fostering innovation, and facilitating effective communication to achieve business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead operational support for Microsoft Windows environments by applying expert troubleshooting and problem-solving in both Arabic and English
• Oversee process optimization initiatives using Microsoft Windows administrative tools to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline workflow, and improve system performance
• Mentor and guide the support team by facilitating technical upskilling in Windows system management and bilingual client communications
• Analyze client requirements and proactively align Microsoft Windows solutions to meet and exceed service level agreements
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative approaches for Microsoft Windows operations and team collaboration
