The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for meeting client SLAs and empowering teams through effective leadership and communication.

What you'll do

• Configure, deploy, and maintain BeyondTrust PRA platform for secure remote access
• Monitor and manage privileged sessions to prevent unauthorized access
• Perform regular health checks, patching, and system maintenance for PRA components
• Troubleshoot issues related to PRA connectivity, authentication, and session management
• Collaborate with IAM and security teams to enforce compliance with access policies
