What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end administration, support, and optimization of the Nexthink platform and its modules
• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for Nexthink, Conversational Chatbots, Self-Heal, and related DEX tools
• Design and maintain Remote Actions, automation workflows, and self-healing use cases
• Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations with enterprise systems
• Produce analytics-driven dashboards, reports, and insights for stakeholders

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
