Service Integration & Management (SIAM) Service Monitoring Manager\\r\ The Service Monitoring Manager is responsible for establishing and operating an integrated monitoring function that provides real-time visibility into the health and performance of critical business services, applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and supplier-managed environments.\\r\

What you'll do

• Monitor end-to-end service performance against agreed service targets.\\r\
• Coordinate with Major Incident Management teams during service degradation events.\\r\
• Provide early warning notifications to stakeholders regarding potential service issues.\\r\
• Facilitate operational bridges during high-priority service interruptions.\\r\
• Observability & Monitoring Strategy\\r\
