Track Lead (Support & Operations)

About the role

Responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. The role includes proactive monitoring, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting of network devices, firewalls, and related systems, while adhering to ITIL processes and supporting a 24x7 service window for core network and infrastructure applications.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and access points across the enterprise network
• Perform backup and restoration of network devices to ensure business continuity
• Monitor network devices using ManageEngine OpManager and other tools like Nagios or SolarWinds
• Allocate and manage bandwidth (B/W) across network segments
• Assist in network or security hardware/software refresh , including setup and configuration
