Track Lead - Symantec Email Security, Endpoint Security

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Microsoft Security Administrator (Level 3) to join our IT Security team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining our critical Microsoft security solutions and Trend Micro, with a particular focus on endpoint security.

What you'll do

• Administer, configure, and monitor Microsoft (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for cloud Apps
• Implement and maintain Microsoft (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for cloud Apps, Azure Information Protection)
• Troubleshoot, respond and investigate security incidents and alerts generated by TM Vision One, TM server Protect and Microsoft (MDE), escalating as necessary.\r
• Perform routine health checks, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of assigned Trend Micro and Microsoft security platforms.\r
• Collaborate with security engineers and architects on the design and implementation of new security features and improvements.\r
