About the role

The L3 Dynatrace Monitoring Tool Engineer is responsible for the engineering, administration, optimization, and advanced support of the enterprise Dynatrace observability platform.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain Dynatrace SaaS or Managed environments, including OneAgents, ActiveGates, extensions, dashboards, alerts, tags, and access controls
• Design end-to-end monitoring for applications, infrastructure, APIs, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolve critical performance, availability, agent, and data-ingestion issues
• Automate configuration and operational activities using Dynatrace APIs, scripting, and CI/CD tools
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and event-management platforms, optimize alert quality and licensing, and maintain technical documentation
